Planner schedules household tasks around work, school and appointments.
Add the commitments that cannot move and the work that needs doing. Planner finds workable times for flexible tasks by considering who is available, when each job is due and what must happen first. When circumstances change, it can rebuild the affected parts of the plan.
Household plans start at £4 a month.

Planning a household involves more than sharing a calendar.
The difficult part is rarely recording an appointment. It is working out who can collect a prescription, when the washing can be done, whether the school forms will be returned by Friday, and what else must move when somebody works late or an appointment changes.
Planner keeps fixed commitments in place and schedules flexible work around the time each person actually has. That means less time comparing diaries and repeatedly rearranging tasks, clearer responsibility across the household, and more attention available for family, work and rest.
One ordinary Tuesday
- 07:10School asks for an early pick-up.
- 09:00Two work meetings still cannot move.
- 11:00The dentist moves to 15:30.
- TodayA prescription, parcel and dinner still need doing.
Planner keeps the meetings and new dentist time fixed, then works out where the prescription, parcel and dinner can still fit—and who has time to do them.
How Planner builds a workable week
You provide the facts about the household. Planner uses them to place flexible work around the commitments that already have a time.
Add fixed commitments
Add or bring in work shifts, school times, appointments and anything else that cannot move. These keep their real times.
Add flexible work
Record what needs doing, who can do it, how long it should take, when it can begin, when it is due and anything that must happen first.
Let Planner arrange the work
Planner places flexible tasks into available time. When a fixed commitment changes, it can rebuild the affected work around the time that remains.
When something changes
If Tuesday’s dentist appointment moves from 11:00 to 15:30, Planner keeps the new appointment and other fixed commitments where they belong. It can then find new times for the flexible tasks affected by that change, using the facts you already supplied.
Use ChatGPT to prepare a complete Planner Proposal
Some outcomes begin as a sentence rather than a task list. A house move, new puppy, family holiday or birthday can involve research, decisions, dependencies, purchases and weeks of follow-up.
Example prompt
“We are moving house in six weeks. We both work, and our children are in school and nursery. Work out the comprehensive sequence an experienced house mover would follow, personalise it around our circumstances, ask for any missing information, and prepare a Planner Proposal.”
ChatGPT can help research what the move requires, ask about details that change the answer, and use the Planner information you permit it to see. It can turn the result into the decisions, tasks, deadlines, people, appointments and purchases needed to carry the move through.
The same approach can prepare a new-puppy routine, organise a child’s birthday or put the stages of a home project in the right order.

How Planner handles household information and AI changes
A household planner can contain sensitive information. Planner publishes clear commitments about what happens to that information and how AI-assisted changes are approved.
- Household information is not sold or used for cross-site advertising.
- Optional diagnostics stays off until the Account holder chooses it.
- Assistant changes require a visible proposal and your exact ACCEPT response.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; Planner does not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
Planner is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It does not claim certification or complete conformance. Progress and known gaps are described on the accessibility page.
Public reviews are not open yet
Reviews should be genuine, not manufactured.
Planner will collect public reviews only after its name and domain are stable and genuine customers have used the product. Until then, it will not display placeholder testimonials, star ratings or review counts.
The same rule for everyone
When invitations begin, every qualifying Account holder will be invited using the same neutral eligibility rule. A private score or complaint will never decide who is asked.
No bought praise
Planner will not pay for positive reviews. The initial review programme will use no incentive at all.
Negative reviews stay
A review will not be removed merely because it is critical. Removal is limited to documented reasons such as fraud, duplication, abuse or personal-data exposure.
Evidence before stars
Planner does not currently publish an aggregate rating. Any future score will show its live source and an accurate review count.
Reviews will be linked to a genuine customer relationship where practical. Publishing a customer's name, quotation, image or case study in Planner's own marketing will require separate permission.
Alura Life Ltd will aim to acknowledge public reviews within two UK business days. Account, privacy, security and billing details should be moved to a private support channel rather than posted publicly.
Contact Planner supportQuestions about Planner
Is Planner another calendar?
No. A calendar holds things that happen at a set time. Planner holds those too, but it also fits flexible work around those commitments and can work the plan out again when they change.
What happens when the day changes?
Fixed events stay where you put them. Planner can rebuild affected flexible work around the new shape of the day, using durations, owners, earliest starts, deadlines, priorities and dependencies.
Can ChatGPT change Planner without me?
No. ChatGPT prepares a visible Planner Proposal describing the exact changes. Nothing enters Planner until you review it and reply ACCEPT.
Who counts as a paid adult seat?
An adult who has accepted an invitation or linked their own account to your household. Children, pets and unclaimed adult profiles are free.
Is Planner only for families with children?
No. It suits any household with commitments and work to fit around them, including one person, a couple, housemates or a family.
Is household information sold?
No. Household information is not sold or used for cross-site advertising, and optional diagnostics stays off until the Account holder chooses it.
