A little guidance, inside Planner too.

Yes. Start with yourself, your calendar and your tasks. Add other people or invite adults when you need to share the planning.

No. You can plan for people without giving them a sign-in. Adults who need their own linked access are different from the children, pets and other profiles in your household.

Planner recalculates flexible work around your fixed commitments. If work cannot fit, it remains visible as unscheduled so you can decide what to change. It cannot create more hours in the day.

You can connect Apple calendars per person for fixed-event sync in both directions. Flexible task placements are managed by Planner. Do not assume that every calendar provider or every event field syncs in the same way; check the connection options in Settings.

No. You can create and manage your plans directly. Percy is an optional assistant inside Planner. A separate connection lets supported external assistants work with the access you grant them.

The standard GBP quote is £8 per household plus £2 for each adult with linked access per month, or £80 plus £20 per year. Include yourself: one adult starts at £10/month or £100/year. The app confirms the eligible adults and exact payment terms before you agree.

Use the subscription controls in Planner Settings. Check the effective date shown there. Existing subscription terms and any trial already promised to you are not changed by this website.
