For households

Your family calendar.
A part for everyone.

A shared family calendar for the fixed times, with household tasks planned around them. See who is doing the school pickup, what else they have on and what needs preparing.

The whole household. Your next thing.

A school week, with room for the rest.

A late shift. A school pickup. A swimming bag that needs packing. Here is how those different kinds of plans fit together.

  1. 01 · Fixed commitments

Put the immovable times in first.

Alex has a late shift. Jo is doing Monday’s 15:20 school pickup. Tuesday’s swimming lesson has a fixed start. Add these as events for the people involved.

  2. 02 · Work around them

Give each job time and an owner.

Jo needs 30 minutes to order the groceries before Tuesday. Alex needs 15 minutes to pack the swimming bag. Make the first a flexible task and the second preparation for the lesson. Planner looks for time around their commitments.

  3. 03 · When life changes

    Keep the next step clear.

If an appointment moves, Planner can rebuild the flexible work around the new time. Switch to each person’s plan to see what is next, with sharing and permissions controlling who can make changes.

A day
of their own.

Switch from the whole household to one person. See their commitments, the work around them and what is coming next.

From everyone’s plans to Alex’s next task.
People first

They do not all need an account.

Plan for children, pets and adults who have not joined Planner. A person in the plan and someone with their own sign-in are different things.

Start on your own and invite other adults when they need access. You do not have to persuade everyone to adopt a new app on day one.

Beyond one front door

Family does not always live in one house.

One person can belong to more than one household. Connected households can share selected plans and projects, with permissions controlling who can see or manage them.

Useful for shared childcare, grandparents helping out, or a job you are doing together. Connecting homes does not make everything public.

Sharing is a choice.

Personal habit tracking stays personal. Shopping lists have their own sharing controls. Access to one plan does not mean access to everything.
